My, how time passes quickly!
It's hard to believe, a week ago tonight
I was waiting for the clock to strike five,
so that I could meet everyone at the
Dove's Nest for a private reception.
(Tina & I)
It's a beautiful, lil' store.
I wish I had taken more pics to share with
you... but I was too busy mingling with
the gals. sorry. :)

Friday:
On Friday, I spend the morning
loading my car for vendor night
and attend Ann- Denise's
"Spun Crepe Hearts" that afternoon.

(me & Ann -Denise)
(me & Kimla Kay)
Me & my creation!
Class pic!
My friend, Angela & I shared a table
for vendor night.
This was my 1st time setting up for
a craft fair... I figured we made a
perfect pair!
She had the "hand crafted" items,
and I had "stuff".
(me & Angela in front of our table)
Alisa & Nina were amongst the first to
"shop" at our table.
Don't you just love Nina's costume?
She was voted "Best Dressed Saloon Gal"!
Jan, showing off her goods!
Mendy, all cheery & bright!
The famous frosting shots were a hit
again this year!
Tina, posing in front of her vendor table!
A quick pic of Me, Joanna, & Cindy.
Swaps took place immediately
after the vendor fair. More to come regarding swaps.
(Alisa receiving the crown I made for her).
Saturday:
Saturday morning, I attended Dale' class.
Here she is showing off the class project!
(Mendy & myself)
My un-finished project. :)
After lunch, we gathered all the
Texas Bella's together for a quick pic.

Saturday afternoon:
Joanna's shadow box class
Here is a pic of Kerri & I showing off
more un-finished projects. LOL
Another pic of Joanna & I.
I was the big "winner" of the day!
I won this amazing, vintage tray
in Joanna's class!
Thanks Joanna.
I just love it! :)
After classes were over, many of us met
at Old Town Village for
another reception & private shopping.
Yummy!
(back: Dana, front: myself, Gigi, Leisl)
I then walked over to the Crafty Scrapper where
I met up with Mendy & her SIL, Elisa.
Unfortunately, I was too busy shopping & didn't
think to get any photos.
And finally, dinner!
About 20 of us met at the Chisholm Grill
for a good ol' Texas dinner.
One of my favs: chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes
& gray, with fresh cut green beans.
No pics of me stuffin' my face! tee-hee
I went home tired & stuffed! :)
But my experience was amazing.
I met up with some old friends & made some new.
Thanks, Cindy & Tina for hosting
such a wonderful retreat!
xoxo, Joanna
